    • Leaders monitor performance achievements regularly
  2. Performance Accountability Management
    • Planning document already exists
    • Result planning document
    • There are Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
    • Performance indicators have been SMART
    • Performance reports have been prepared on time
    • Performance reporting has provided information about performance
    • There are efforts to increase the capacity of human resources with performance accountability
    • Performance accountability management is carried out by competent HR
